Artist

Angelica studied at the Academy of Fine Arts (AKI) in Enschede. During the past years she developed her own style. Emotion, ratio, contrast, form and composition are the inspiration for her paintings. Angelica uses acrylic paint and charcoal on linen. Striking is the use of bright colors.

The Classical Past, legends, rituals are her inspiration. Mostly details are not expressed, to tease the spectator to use his or her fantasy. She brings together fragments from the past and today in her own way on linen.
